Our Savory Pies

All of our pies are made with a butter crust. We source our ingredients as close to home as possible and as ethically as possible. These pies are available daily on our truck and farmers market booth:

Steak, Cheese, and Mushroom Pie

Pacific Northwest raised beef braised in red wine with roasted mushrooms, Tillamook cheddar, and caramelized onions. It’s an umami-bomb!

Classic Chicken Pot Pie

Free-range chicken from Mary's Farm braised in white wine in gravy with peas, carrots, celery, and caramelized onions.

Lamb Pie with Stout Gravy

Tender Australian lamb braised in stout, rounded out with peas, potatoes, carrots, caramelized onions, and a lamb gravy.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Pie

Tender cuts of free-range chicken braised in a white wine Dijon sauce, with succulent cuts of diced black forest ham topped with freshly grated Swiss cheese and a dollop of whole grain mustard.

Vegetable Curry Pie

Cauliflower, peas, carrots, and potatoes in a house-made coconut-milk Indian style curry. All in a pie! *Vegetarian

Wild Mushroom Pie

Assorted wild Washington mushrooms with potatoes and leeks, and just a touch of brandy for flavor. *Vegetarian
